What’s the buzz about our book

We’ve just launched, so barely anyone even knows about us. But those who have seen our first book have pretty sweet things to say.

If you asked me a week ago about a book without letters/words/text, I would answer that it was nonsense. Not today. This small, elegant, humble, and inviting book had changed my mind. What can be more valuable than the open door to the next page, next day, next adventure? Nothing indeed! And this is what that book does – it invites you to open your eyes and your mind, live through the episode with nice charming characters, and move to the next adventure on the next page… Before you start coloring the page you already studied, glance at the next one, then go back and start filling with color, and think ahead about what will be next! When you are finished, take your breath, rest, and move further. To all parents who wish their kids to be creative dreamers capable of artistic skills – sit down side by side with your kid and participate – contribute to the discovery of what you see; then – to the next scene, and next adventure – you will never be bored! Thank you, Mariya. Bring us your next book soon!

Our very first review on Amazon!

The scenes are really sweet and wholesome. I like that there are some with unique settings or characters: a wildcat at the dentist, an elderly mouse pushing his wife in a wheelchair, a rabbit showing off his basement castle diorama. They are clearly hand-drawn and made with a lot of care. I got it for my preschooler and he is enjoying it, but there are enough details in the drawings I think an adult would enjoy coloring it also. Be aware the pages are pretty thin. There is a note in the beginning to put another paper behind the page you are coloring to stop ink or paint bleeding through – definitely best to stick with crayons or pencils for this instead of markers. But there are so many drawings you definitely get your money’s worth.

This is so lovely. This scene reminds me of my kid when he used to pick up leaves on our walks. And this one reminds me of me and my husband when we wind down after putting our kid to bed. Coloring this definitely calmed me down after a bad day!

This book has been so much fun to color. I love that this book was hand drawn by an artist and no AI was used in the creation. I will be buying several more of these to give as holiday gifts. It will provide many hours of entertainment for anyone that enjoys this activity. I can’t wait for more books from this artist!

Everyone I show this to has the same thing to say: it is such a generous book! That is a lot of pages to color.

Love this book! It is so cute with a little storyline that goes along with it (no text) but the pictures tell the story! Adorable coloring book!
